Dear Denise, in appreciation of your kindness and professionalism, you have been so considerate and helpful. Right from when I first rang you, I knew we were in good hands, you gave us so much great advice too. Several people have told us that the funeral was the nicest they had ever attended. It all went so smoothly thanks to your organising. May we also thank your staff, they have all been amazing. Our Dad would have loved you I’m sure, we think you are awesome.
