Thank you so much for all your guidance before and after my husband’s passing. It made a difficult situation that bit easier, and everyone has said how well the funeral service went, which is down to you and your professionalism.

Dear Denise, in appreciation of your kindness and professionalism, you have been so considerate and helpful. Right from when I first rang you, I knew we were in good hands, you gave us so much great advice too. Several people have told us that the funeral was the nicest they had ever attended. It all went so smoothly thanks to your organising. May we also thank your staff, they have all been amazing. Our Dad would have loved you I’m sure, we think you are awesome.

I would like to send a sincere and heartfelt thank you for your incredible service and support following the passing of my mum. From start to finish, your care and professionalism was impeccable. My mum being such a strong independent lady would have appreciated greatly seeing a lady at the helm of her service and in Cornish colours too. As her daughter, I felt similarly inspired by this, and our walk together down our village lane in front of the hearse was something I will never forget, nor will the whole service be forgotten which you helped us bring to life so beautifully despite our complex requests with services both in Devon and Cornwall.
