Dear Denise, in appreciation of your kindness and professionalism, you have been so considerate and helpful. Right from when I first rang you, I knew we were in good hands, you gave us so much great advice too. Several people have told us that the funeral was the nicest they had ever attended. It all went so smoothly thanks to your organising. May we also thank your staff, they have all been amazing. Our Dad would have loved you I’m sure, we think you are awesome.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to you and your team for the wonderful, seamless funeral service you have provided for us. Today was always going to be a difficult day, and emotionally it was, however knowing that you had effortlessly organised all we had wished for to provide a fitting send off for my darling mother, made the day so much easier. I have received a number of comments today expressing how well organised the celebration of my mother’s life was, and therefore wanted to pass on these comments. Dear Denise, thank you so much for the wonderful arrangement’s you put in place for Dad’s funeral. You made a sad and difficult time a lot easier for us, and we felt cared for throughout the process. We were comforted too knowing that Dad was being well taken care of before he was laid to rest.
