We can’t thank you enough for your care, kindness and understanding. What a difficult job it is you do. You certainly made the whole process so much easier for us – especially as we wanted to take mum-in-law back to Worcester, so it wasn’t that straightforward. You would have got along a treat with her, and it was a great comfort for us to know that she was in such good hands.
