We can’t thank you enough for your care, kindness and understanding. What a difficult job it is you do. You certainly made the whole process so much easier for us – especially as we wanted to take mum-in-law back to Worcester, so it wasn’t that straightforward. You would have got along a treat with her, and it was a great comfort for us to know that she was in such good hands.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to you and your team for the wonderful, seamless funeral service you have provided for us. Today was always going to be a difficult day, and emotionally it was, however knowing that you had effortlessly organised all we had wished for to provide a fitting send off for my darling mother, made the day so much easier. I have received a number of comments today expressing how well organised the celebration of my mother’s life was, and therefore wanted to pass on these comments. Our daughter and I wanted to thank you so much for helping and guiding us through a tough time in arranging the funeral. You are another of life’s angels and we hope this little gift means you get to look after yourself as well as all the other countless people you held so warmly in their time of need.
