I would like to send a sincere and heartfelt thank you for your incredible service and support following the passing of my mum. From start to finish, your care and professionalism was impeccable. My mum being such a strong independent lady would have appreciated greatly seeing a lady at the helm of her service and in Cornish colours too. As her daughter, I felt similarly inspired by this, and our walk together down our village lane in front of the hearse was something I will never forget, nor will the whole service be forgotten which you helped us bring to life so beautifully despite our complex requests with services both in Devon and Cornwall. Thank you, Denise and your whole team, for the wonderful work you do, that makes such dark times in people’s lives that bit easier to hold in good grace.
